Awana helps churches and parents work together to develop spiritually strong children (3 years through 6th grade) who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. The Awana program offers a proven approach for evangelizing and discipling kids in the church and community.
Awana Children's Ministry

YOUTH at Cedar Heights Baptist Church - nicknamed C.I.T.I. (Created in the Image) , are known for their dedication to service and ministry, worship and spiritual growth, outreach and compassion, fellowship, friends and fun.
Activities include: weekly gatherings: Wednesday @ 7:00 pm- living God's Word, Sunday @ 9:15 am - learning God's Word, Sunday evening @6pm – sharing God's Word; dare2share, 30 hour famine, DNOW, Planet Wisdom conference, banquets, fundraisers, missions local and non-local, a great summer camp, and so much more.
COFFEE
Our Youth group is selling coffee and one cocoa! The cool thing about this project (which is called the 963 Project) is that it has 2 purposes: It provides a fair wage for coffee farmers in poverty communities (third world countries) AND it allows our group to use 50% of the cost to raise funds for our mission trip!
